I will meet with you in your home to discuss the various ways you can get your house to show well. I will also provide you with a detailed analysis of comparable homes in your area and advise you on the best pricing strategy.

I work with a team of seasoned professionals in the home staging arena. They know how to highlight the best features of your home and bring you top dollar offers.

Photography

Photography is an integral part of the marketing process. It provides the first impression potential buyers have of your property. I work with a network of skilled photographers that specialize in architecture and real estate. They provide stunning images that are well lit and angled properly to highlight your home’s best features. Before listing your house online, I organize the images to provide a smooth walk through of your home, starting at your front door and naturally guiding them throughout your floor plan.

Videography

I use video to make your property stand out from others. We can utilize 3D tours and/or video tours that allow buyers to conveniently ”walk through” your property at any time of day without ever having to physically step inside.

Social Media

With so many home buyers looking online first, social media is a great tool to get your listing more attention. We can target people who are specifically looking to purchase in your area.

Brochures

All buyers and agents will have access to sleek marketing materials that will differentiate your property from others. Each brochure is designed to highlight the distinctive characteristics of your property.
