My goal as your agent is to help you sell your home at the best price possible within the timeframe you need. I work with you to customize a marketing strategy that is tailored to your property’s unique features. As your agent, I serve as your advocate to help you negotiate the most favorable terms from pricing to closing. You can rely on me to manage each detail of your transaction to minimize any delays in closing.

Relocation

Relocating adds an extra element of pressure to an already stressful time. It is my goal to be your trusted guide in this new area. I have lived in the Greater Seattle area since 1997 and understand the communities well.  I will help you identify the best location to suit your needs and lifestyle desires. Together we will eliminate hurdles caused by distance through virtual tours of properties and ensure we find a place you can call home.  

If you find yourself leaving the Puget Sound area, I will assist you in selling your home in a timely manner that aids your move. I have built an extensive network of agents out of the Greater Seattle region and can refer you to a seasoned professional that will have you in good hands. 

Seniors

It is a special privilege to work with clients that are making the transition into retirement and one I truly enjoy. As a Designated Senior Real Estate Specialist, I love helping my clients realize their retirement dreams including where they choose to call home. I understand the unique situations seniors find themselves in as they sort through years of memories to “rightsize” into the perfect property for this new phase of life. I aid my clients by creating a plan for selling their current home with minimal obstacles. For clients who are looking to buy another property, I help them find a home that will be comfortable while also allowing them to afford their desired lifestyle. 

New Construction

My extensive experience working within new construction provides me with the unique ability to best advocate for you throughout the new build process. As a former Builder Customer Service Representative, I have unique knowledge into negotiations within new construction and I will help you to get the most out of your new build home.

Investing

With years of experience working within Property Management and Leasing, I have a keen eye for what makes a great investment property. I love the challenge of finding the right property for each client looking to expand their investment portfolio. I will help you identify which properties can help you reach your investment goals.
